You can return the item if the item you received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website or wrong items to vendor within 14 days of its delivery. You can return it even if the seller’s returns policy says he does not accept returns.

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return it, you can ask the sellers if they’ll accept a return (check the vendor refund policy).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the absolutely same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All original packaging, manufacturer stickers and seals or tags or labels must be fully intact.

Refund policies may differ for each vendor so you must read carefully refund policy of vendors before buying.

If the item you received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website or wrong items, you ask us for refund request and contact the vendor and the vendor will accept refund. The vendor will accept your return request and offer a full refund including the original shipping cost. You’ll return the item in the same condition in which it was received and the seller will also pay for return shipping.

If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return  the item within 14 days of its delivery and the vendor accept return in his refund policy, the buyer will send the item back to the vendor for a full refund (this may or may not include the original shipping cost depending on vendor return policy). If the vendor offered free shipping, the vendor will need to refund the buyer the full amount of the item, including the original shipping cost.

Return shipping cost is determined by refund policy of your vendor (the vendor offer free return shipping or the buyer will pay return shipping).

When you send your item back we recommend using tracked shipping. Adding tracking details to your return helps protect against delays or issues in the refund process.

If the returned item is opened, used, damaged, missing parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn’t packaged correctly, some sellers might deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item’s value.

If you’ve changed your mind and want to return the item and the vendor does not accept return in his refund policy, the buyer cannot return the item.

If you wish to request a refund and return the product, you will have to arrange it with your vendor and notifies us by refund request.

Return item is not possible if

  • Item is described as non-refundable and the buyer changes his mind and want return it.
  • Return request is done after 14 days from delivery date.
  • Item is opened, used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing and accessories. The item is not in the original packaging.
